Description
These events challenge students to apply their mastery of Anatomy and Structural Engineering to real-world briefs. This event is a high-pressure strategic challenge in which students respond to real-world industry briefs from global fashion houses.
This is a research-driven event focused on the "Level 5" pillars of Trend Forecasting and Cultural Ethics. Students present their "Research Boards" and "Concept Narratives" to a jury of industry professionals. It is a competition of the mind, where the best strategic foresight and ethical sourcing plans are rewarded with industry internships and development grants.
Rules
Originality: All trend research must be primary; students cannot use existing forecast reports without a unique "counter-trend" analysis.
Ethical Compliance: Every concept must include a preliminary "Take-Back" strategy to qualify for entry.
Anatomical Justification: The concept must show how the proposed silhouette respects or innovates upon the Anatomical Framework learned in Stage 1.
