• Course Rules: The Thickness Metric: The applied metallic resin skin must maintain a consistent thickness across the entire panel face; pooling or thin bare patches result in grade deductions. Exothermic Crack Prevention: Large panels must be monitored to ensure heat spikes don't cause surface hair-line cracking during cure.
