GRADUATION PROJECT & PORTFOLIO MASTERY
This is the "Grand Finale" of the curriculum, where the 7 Pillars collide into a single masterwork. This course transitions the student from a learner to a professional peer. You will select a complex architectural challenge—ranging from a luxury residential villa to a high-tech commercial hub—and apply every skill acquired, from Behavioral Psychology to Corona Rendering. The goal is to produce a "Technical Package" that is indistinguishable from the output of a top-tier global design firm.

Description
Learning Objectives
Synthesize the entire design workflow into a single, cohesive project that solves a real-world spatial problem.
Demonstrate technical mastery by producing a "Bid-Ready" set of documents (Floor plans, RCP, Electrical, and BOQ).
Curate a digital and physical Professional Portfolio that highlights specific strengths (e.g., Lighting Design, 3D Rendering, or Space Planning).
Defend design decisions in a professional "Jury" setting, simulating a high-stakes client pitch.
Topics Covered
The Capstone Project: Selecting a site and developing a comprehensive program—from initial Bubble Diagrams to final 4K Renders.
The Technical Package: Compiling the AutoCAD drawings, material schedules, and lighting specifications into a single "Drawing Set."
Portfolio Architecture: Structuring a Behance or Adobe Portfolio site; choosing the right "Hero Images" and documenting the process (sketches/matrices), not just the result.
The Elevator Pitch: Training in public speaking and visual presentation to sell the design narrative to potential employers or clients.
Job Market Strategy: Crafting a design-centric CV, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and understanding the "Hidden Job Market" in the design industry.
Learning Outcomes
Full-Cycle Mastery: The student will have a project that proves they can handle a design from the first "Hand Sketch" to the final "Smart Home" integration.
Market Readiness: A world-class portfolio that meets the hiring standards of top firms like Gensler or HOK.
Consultant Status: The ability to operate as an independent interior design consultant with a clear understanding of their professional "Value Proposition."
Physical Prototype: A high-quality, printed "Lookbook" of the graduation project to be used in face-to-face interviews.
