• Course Objectives: Co-coordinate interior designs with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering realities, hiding infrastructure cleanly behind shells.
• Learning Outcomes: Map HVAC duct pathways through ceiling plans, identify structural plumbing chases, and detail access panels for maintenance.
• Tools & Materials: Mechanical blueprint templates; manufacturer diffuser sheets; duct size charts.

• Course Rules: The Clash Coordination Rule: If a student’s ceiling design cuts through a primary mechanical HVAC supply duct without adequate clearance space (plenum), the technical drawing set is disqualified.
